PRICES 

Prices on the website are shown with VAT included or excluded.

For Italy and UE countries we ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price. You will not have to pay any charge in addition to what you have already paid.

For non UE countries we will ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) which means that you will not have to pay VAT (and the prices shown will reflect this), however any local sales taxes and import duties on the purchase will be demanded by the UPS courier at  delivery time. We are unable to advise the exact amount this may be, but please consider that for USA orders local taxes and import duties will be about 25% of the price. 

SHIPPING 

We ship all orders within one business days (Monday-Friday). We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

Shipping costs 
We ship to Italy / EU / USA  using the courier UPS . Shipping costs for the different destinations are:

• Italy
 - For purchases under €100  shipping is at a fixed cost of €15,00. 
For purchases over €100 shipping is free.

• Europe - 
For purchases under €100 shipping is at a fixed cost of €25,00. 
For purchases over €100 shipping is free.

• USA
 - For purchases under €100 shipping is at a fixed cost of  €30,00. 
For purchases over €100 shipping is free.

After the order is placed the delivery times for the items are as follow:  

• Italy: 1 – 2 working days

• Europe: 2 – 3 working days

• Usa: 3 – 4 working days

You can follow the shipping status on the UPS site by inserting the shipping number we will send you immediately. The web page gives the exact, updated movements of the shipment.

RETURNS 

Your complete satisfaction is important to us, so you are entitled to an exchange or refund if you are not fully satisfied with your order. We are happy to refund any purchases within 7 working days from receipt. 

Please contact us by email before returning any item at  info@pburo.com to obtain a Returns Number which must be included with your return. 

The Return  number should be written on the original receipt, which must be returned with the item. All returns must be sent in their original condition to:

Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us (on the same credit card that was used to place the original order), with the exception of postage and packing. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost. We recommend you return the items in the original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
 Refunds to your account will be made within 7 days after we have received the returned package.




EXCHANGES

It is free to exchange items for a different size, based on stock availability within 7 days. Please email us when you request  your exchange and we will reserve an alternative size for you if the item is in stock. Once we have received your return and checked the condition of the goods, we will dispatch the new size to you. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All products found on the site are currently in stock unless the product is listed as “SOLD OUT”. If you would like us to order you an out of stock item please advise us by email & we will try our best to get it for you.

 When you place an order at www.pburo.com we ask for your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and credit card number. We use this information to fulfill the order and to communicate with you about it. We do not store your credit card details.
